1 Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the cs88 platform, including the website, mobile app, and all services provided under the cs88 brand. This document should be read together with the cs88 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

Continued use of the cs88 platform after any amendment to the terms is deemed acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please cease using the platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account.

2 Member Eligibility

3 Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at cs88. Creating multiple accounts using the same or different identities is strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being terminated and funds therein forfeited.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, phone number, email address, and bank details for payment purposes. cs88 reserves the right to verify all this information through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process at any time.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. Any activity that occurs through your account — whether with your knowledge or not — is your own responsibility. • Profile information must match your valid identification document.
• The registered phone number must be active and able to receive verification SMS.
• Changes to account information require identity re-verification.
• Cs88 reserves the right to freeze any account showing suspicious activity while an investigation is conducted.

4 Deposit & Payment Methods

Cs88 supports a variety of safe and convenient deposit methods for Malaysian players, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet and Boost. All deposits are processed instantly and funds will be credited to your account within minutes of payment confirmation being received.

The minimum deposit limit is RM 30 per transaction. The maximum deposit limit depends on your account level and the payment method used. All deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name.

• Deposits from third parties are strictly prohibited.

5 Withdrawal of Funds

Cs88 processes all withdrawal requests within 15 to 30 minutes, seven days a week including public holidays. Withdrawals are processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered during the KYC process, to ensure the security of your funds.

The minimum withdrawal limit is RM 50 per transaction. For withdrawals exceeding certain limits, additional identity verification may be required as a security measure. Daily withdrawal limits depend on your VIP membership level at cs88.

• All withdrawals must be made to an account in the registered member's name.
• Bonuses that have not met the rollover requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
• Cs88 reserves the right to request additional verification documents for high-value withdrawals.
• Withdrawals that fail due to incorrect bank details will be returned to your cs88 account.
• In rare cases, withdrawals may take up to 24 hours during peak periods.

6 Bonus Terms & Promotions

8 Prohibited Conduct

Cs88 users are prohibited from doing the following:

• Registering more than one account or assisting others in doing so.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using funds obtained from illegal activities for deposits.
• Launching any form of cyberattack, including DDoS, data breaches, or software manipulation.
• Using a cs88 account for money laundering purposes.
• Harassing or threatening other members or cs88 staff.
• Sharing your account or allowing others to use your account.
• Exploiting any bugs or system vulnerabilities discovered — instead, report them to our technical team.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Cs88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a terms violation, fraud, money laundering or any other illegal activity.

Members may also request account closure by contacting cs88 support. Any valid fund balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal after investigation and verification are complete, subject to applicable bonus rollover requirements.

• Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee.
• Cs88 will provide notice before any suspension except in cases of clear fraud.
• The account closure decision made on grounds of a terms violation is final and cannot be appealed.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

11 Liability Limits

Cs88 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from: service disruptions beyond our control, user internet connection failures, unauthorised third-party actions, or fair game outcomes based on a certified RNG system.

Cs88's maximum liability to any member under any circumstance shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim. cs88 is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

12 Amendment of Terms & Applicable Law

Cs88 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Notification of major changes will be sent via registered email or through in-platform notification pop-ups.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation before being referred to an appropriate alternative dispute resolution mechanism.
